Shipping Information
Sona Weaver ships all jewelry fully insured by FedEx and USPS. Each shipment requires a signature at the point of delivery and we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes - no exceptions. For in stock items, we do our best to ship each order within three to four days, if this is not possible for any reason we will contact you via the provided email address. Please notify us if you have any special shipping requirements or time restraints when placing your order. Generally custom orders take two to three weeks to complete. As soon as an order ships, a tracking number will be emailed.
International Orders
For international orders we ship via insured FedEx at a flat rate. Any additional duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an international return, Sona Weaver will not refund any import fees or taxes. It's up to the customer to cover shipping and handling as well as any duties or tariffs.
Returns, Changes and Cancellations
If you aren't pleased with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange ONLY. Customers must email hello@sonaweaver.com within 48 hours of their received order for a return authorization form. All returned merchandise must be in original unaltered and unworn condition. The buyer is responsible for fully insured return shipping with a tracking number provided to Sona Weaver at the time of shipment. Please contact us for our return address. Please allow seven business days to process your exchange or store credit. Exchanges will be re-shipped to customers free of charge by FedEx ground service. Store credit will be made available in three to four business days once the package has been received and reviewed by Sona Weaver.
All custom orders are not able to be cancelled once an order is placed. If you wish to cancel or modify an in-stock order, please send an email as soon as possible to hello@sonaweaver.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
